There are multiple ticket tiers, please read each ticket description carefully prior to purchase.

All registrations are subject to review and verification. GASOC reserves the right to cancel or revoke any registration or ticket if the verification process is not completed or if the information provided is found to be inaccurate.
Cancellation Policy and Programme Changes
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to gasoctreasurer@gmail.com.
Where fees have already been paid, cancellation charges will apply as follows:
- A full refund will be issued if you cancel within 7 days of completing your payment until 6 weeks prior to conference date
- 75% refund will be issued if you cancel after completing your payment before 4 weeks prior to conference date
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations after 4 weeks prior to conference date
GASOC reserves the right to change the programme and/or speakers at any time and without prior notice if there is speaker cancellation. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund for your conference booking fee but cannot refund the cost of pre-booked delegate travel and accommodation.
